Topsoe will provide synthesis technology for a 40,000-tonne-per-year e-methanol plant in Galicia, Spain, set to start production in 2028. The project, backed by a €49m EU grant, will combine Green Hydrogen and CO2 to produce e-methanol, targeting the shipping and chemicals industries. Topsoe will supply reactors, catalysts, and engineering support for the project.
