Siemens Energy will build a 280 MW Green Hydrogen Electrolysis system for Northern German utility EWE, set to start in 2027. This plant, in Emden, will produce 26,000 tons of Green Hydrogen annually, helping replace 800,000 tons of CO2. The project is part of Germany's push for a sustainable hydrogen economy, supported by recent EU subsidies.
