Jeonman 1 Offshore Wind Farm led by SK E&S is South Korea’s first private wind project with a capacity of 96 MW. Expected to begin commercial operations in march 2025, the Wind Farm has commenced its trial operations. It’s located in the public waters of the South Jeolla Province and marks a significant milestone for South Korea in renewable energy sector.
