U Power Limited and Pattaya AI Terminal Co., Ltd. has signed a MoU to develop green logistics and Electric Vehicle infrastructure in Thailand by deploying battery swapping and charging stations for commercial EVs in key Thai cities and logistics nodes. The joint venture plans to manufacture battery-swapping commercial vehicles, including pickup trucks and light duty vans in Thailand.
