Mercedes-Benz India is advocating for a unified platform to streamline access to charging stations, enhancing convenience for Electric Vehicle (EV) owners. CEO Santosh Iyer emphasized the need for a single app, similar to a UPI system, to facilitate seamless payments and improve EV adoption. He noted that currently, multiple apps hinder user experience and charging infrastructure integration.
