Green Hydrogen Systems Announces Restructuring & Capital Raises

Green Hydrogen Systems A/S has launched a cost-cutting and restructuring program affecting around 100 salaried employees, aiming to reduce production costs for its X-Series electrolyser and lower the company's cost base by 40-50%. The company plans to raise up to DKK 300 m in capital and has adjusted its 2024 revenue guidance to DKK 105-145 million, citing slower-than-expected market adoption.
