General Motors Co. is recouping its $1 billion investment from an EV battery plant in Michigan and selling its stake to South Korean partner, LG Energy Solution. The move is an outcome of the realization that the plants in Ohio and Tennessee will be sufficiently fulfilling the demand in near future.
