ACWA Power secured $238 million in senior debt to fund Azerbaijan’s Absheron-Khizi 240MW Wind Farm, with financing from EBRD and the OPEC Fund. This project, set to begin in 2026, will power 300,000 households and reduce CO2 emissions by 400,000 tonnes annually. It supports Azerbaijan’s transition to Renewable Energy and strengthens ACWA’s global clean energy portfolio.
